Nicole has one goal in life – to help people live life well. She is a Board-Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, Certified Counselor Supervisor, and the Founder of Atlanta Wellness Collective. She has spent the past 10 years counseling high-performing individuals and families experiencing anxiety and stress, burnout, grief and loss, and relational issues. She is a communicator, trainer, and third-generation Atlanta native.

Stacey Chapman ~ Principal & Owner at CROFT & Associates
CROFT is a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Kennesaw, Georgia. With more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and strategic leadership, Stacey has built her career around a simple belief: relationships have the power to transform careers, organizations, and communities.
As the first woman to join CROFT's ownership group and executive leadership team, Stacey has helped guide the firm's growth from a small regional practice to a multi-office organization serving clients across the country. While she is proud of the firm's success, she is most passionate about helping others discover opportunities, build meaningful connections, and grow into leadership roles they may never have imagined for themselves.

She has also been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for Corporate Citizenship and has received numerous industry and community leadership awards throughout her career.
Stacey is the co-host of the podcast LeadHERship. What? Like, It's Hard?, where she shares candid conversations about leadership, personal growth, resilience, and the realities of navigating professional life. Whether speaking to business leaders, students, or community organizations, her message remains consistent: success is rarely achieved alone. Kristi Janman ~ Nothing Bundt Cakes
Kristi comes from a long career in the global hospitality industry doing strategic finance before starting her business TEN years ago, in 2015 and opening her first Nothing Bundt Cakes right here in Kennesaw. She is a native Georgian, graduated from Georgia State University and is a (non-practicing!) CPA. Kristi has been a member of KBA for 10 years. She is a Chairman’s Circle member of the Cobb Chamber, has proudly served on boards for the Honorary Commanders Program the North Cobb Civitan Club, is a member of Cobb Executive Women, and is a member of the 2020 Class of Leadership Cobb. She is a passionate member of the Cobb Community Advisory Council for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and leads the Georgia Nothing Bundt Cakes in an annual campaign in September to raise awareness and funds for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center. In 2024, the Geogia bakeries broke a huge milestone and surpassed the $100,000 mark in total raised since the campaign’s inception eight years ago (and still going strong!). In 2020, Kristi received the prestigious “Operator of the Year” award from Nothing Bundt Cakes nation-wide. Kristi was nominated into the liveSAFE Resources’ Academy of Women Leaders in 2019 and was awarded North Cobb’s Civitan of the Year in 2019. Kristi is currently serving as the Chairwoman of the Nothing Bundt Cakes Owner’s Council across 800+ bakeries nation-wide. Last year, Kristi was awarded the coveted “Circle of Honor” Award at the National Nothing Bundt Cakes Conference. The Circle of Honor is the most exclusive award given to one owner each year to recognize their lasting and significant contribution to the Brand for the legacy they have created – it was truly the highest honor of her career. Kristi is a generous leader and giver in our community and is passionate about mentoring and empowering her high-performing, young professional leadership team.
Allison Giddens - Co-owner of Win-Tech, Inc.
win-Tech is a small aerospace manufacturing company in Kennesaw, Georgia, where she oversees business operations alongside her business partner, John Hudson, who leads sales and shop operations. Having started her career at Win-Tech 20 years ago, Allison helped lead the company through the challenges of the pandemic and into a new era of growth and innovation within the defense industrial base.
A recognized voice in manufacturing, cybersecurity, and government policy, Allison serves on several national boards, including the National Defense Information Sharing and Analysis Center and the National Tooling & Machining Association. She also helped found the Georgia chapter of Women in Manufacturing and regularly shares industry insights, articles, and practical resources through LinkedIn, focusing on the realities facing small manufacturers, supply chain resilience, workforce development, and cybersecurity compliance within the defense sector.
Beyond her professional work, Allison is deeply committed to community service and leadership development. She serves as Past Board Chair of LiveSafe Resources, supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and founded The Dave Krache Foundation, a nonprofit that helps metro Atlanta children participate in youth sports regardless of financial circumstances.
Her leadership and advocacy have earned numerous recognitions, including being named a 2025 Women in Technology Woman of the Year finalist, helping lead Win-Tech to receive the 2024 Lockheed Martin Space Outstanding Supplier of the Year award, and receiving honors such as the 2023 City of Kennesaw Citizen of the Year, a 2019 Atlanta Braves Community Hero Award, and the Cobb Chamber Cobb Executive Women Woman of Distinction Award.
